Who we are

Mitchell Kassler founded Edgewater with the ambition to build a real estate business from the bottom up. He is now responsible for leading all property acquisitions, financing and development activities while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm and its portfolio. Inspired by his father Mark Kassler, at a young age Mitchell developed a strong work ethic and learned the value of attention to detail and building strong relationships. He brings those attributes to his leadership at Edgewater along with a passion for real estate development and the creative process. Mitchell has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business.

Mitchell is committed to fitness, enjoys traveling and frequently attends Boston Bruins hockey games. He lives in the Seaport in Downtown Boston.
